Looking for a new job? Keen to change your career? Or maybe you’re facing retrenchment or retirement? PG&S understand that life changes can be very daunting. We can take all of your fear and frustration away and help you achieve satisfaction through working with you to construct an individual Career Development Program. Career Development is the process of managing life, learning and work over the long term. We can help you decide on a career path based on your skills and interests, make career-enhancing decisions and maintain an effective work-life balance. And it may not cost you a cent. A Free Career Assessment and Action Plan is currently available for eligible participants. It will include: career planning, resume, job-search and interview techniques. This project is an initiative of the Government of South Australia and is a South Australia Works in the Regions project delivered in partnership with Western Futures and the City of Charles Sturt. Even if you are not eligible, we can provide the same service which will still be great value. Our dedicated team is waiting to hear from you. To sign up for an initial no-obligation consultation, or request more information, PG&S Coaching programs are typically 3, 6, 8 or 12 sessions and last up to 90 minutes. They are usually held on a weekly or fortnightly basis, either in person or over the phone.
